We have a portfolio within Greater Manchester, looking for people who are time limited but can appreciates the potential for refurbishment and development of property. We have recentley completed Two Large HMO's in South Manchester, one nets £1500/month the other £500/month managed! These are where our interest lies. We are experianced developers/refurbishers and have refurbished and developed every property we have.
